Myngle won! N. 1 ICT Company at European Venture Summit!
I am proud to announce that Myngle won as best ICT company in the European Venture Summit, presented on December 1st and 2nd 2008!!
As I already wrote in a previous posting, EVS showcases promising European start-ups in information technology, biotech, industrial biotech and new energy industries. The summit seeks to grow the presence of European start-ups by offering them introductions and networking opportunities.
Myngle was selected for the European Venture Summit after being awarded top honours at the Benelux Venture Forum last April 2008 as one of the 3 best ICT companies in Benelux.
The ICT pool was composed by 8 review sessions for a total of 51 Companies, followed by biotech (28 Companies) and Cleantech and Industrial Biotech (respectively 14 and 10 Companies).
As one of the jury members said congratulating Myngle at the end of my presentation: “Myngle shows to address a real need in the education world and has developed the right solution for its customers. The market potential is high and the path to growth and profitability defined by Myngle is clear and well thought. The excellent presentation reflects all this.â€
Winning this award is great for Myngle, as it gives us visibility in the European VC circuit. We are not just a cute Dutch start-up anymore, we are one of the growing succesful players in the sector and interesting at a broader level.
Especially now, Myngle could prove to be a potentially anti-cyclical business. It is in moments of economic down-turn that individuals and businesses become more cost conscious and pay more attentions to budgets, as well as teachers have more need for additional revenue sources.
Third time in a row that we participate to some contest and win!
We all know we have a winning concept in our hands, but good to see that the outside world recognizes it also!
Go, go, go Myngle go!!!!

Hi Mynglers,
as we say in Holland: goede wijn behoeft geen krans (a good wine does not need a garland) or: ere wie ere toekomt (honor for those who derserve it). This says it all, so: congratulations ! Again an award, what’s next ?

Hello, I’ve studied nearly every “language learning” method … on the ‘Net, and in printed (book/lesson form. My comments: MYNGLE IS THE MOST STUPID CONCEPT OF ALL!! A PERSON WOULD SPEND ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY A LARGE HOUSE BEFORE THEY BECAME FLUENT IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE. DUMB, DUMB, DUMB. !!!

Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on sites I stumbleupon every day.
It’s always helpful to read through content from other writers and practice a
little something from other web sites.
