We began our lesson by practicing the word 'must' & its different uses. Our understanding and practice of this section was very good. The reading throughout the lesson was also quite clear.

A good lesson Kei! Pronunciation was good but still, keep focusing on the "r" and "th" sounds. Good job on the final prepositions exercise.

Kei, you did very well today. You were able to use the vocabulary with the countable and uncountable nouns. Also, keep practicing the R sound. Notes from class: french fries - countable but treated as uncountable. Example: I have a lot of fries. Can I have one order(carton/package) of fries? I would like a small order of french fries. a lot - I have a lot of strawberries. I have many strawberries. Much - How much bread is there? There isn't very much bread. (only use much in the negative when talking about quantity) There is a lot of bread. There is one loaf of bread. There are 3 loaves of bread. There are many slices of bread. Can I have a slice/piece of bread? The bread is sliced. Can I have one package of rice, please? I would like one kg of rice. Eating kiwis: Kei - cuts it in half and eats it with a spoon, Jada- peels it and cuts it into quarters, Jada's sister - peels it and slices it peel the peel off fritters - fried dough - There is one fritter

GBC, A2, Unit 3 (The Team) to slide 8. Today we learned to use direct logic, give examples and support our ideas. Kei, you're generally able to produce language accurately and construct sentences cohesively, you speak clearly and apply new vocabulary well. Good job!

BR A1 Unit 1 p. 19-finish + Unit 2 p. 1-9: dictating information and company industries as well as activities. It was wonderful to meet and work with you today, Kei! You have a strong foundational vocabulary and good listening comprehension skills. With further practice, your confidence will grow.

Business English (BR), A1, Unit 1 (Jobs) to p. 19. We spoke about jobs and companies, revised grammar and watched related video. Kei, I was impressed with your listening skills as you managed to understand high-frequency sentences spoken in a natural tone.
