Very good. Kei had just finished all of GBC A2, so I began B1 with him, as suggested. He handled it well-- unit on companies-- we talked about car companies; modes of transportation; describing companies; indirect questions/statements; and passive voice; as well as a GBC test tip at the beginning..

Very good lesson-- Kei continues to learn well and understands new material quickly. We finished the unit on businesses (GBC A2, 15)-- future obligations; infinitive of purpose; prepositions at the end. Then began unit 16 -- Air Travel and shopping-- GBC tip and warm-up.

Kei is a good student. We met for the first time and he introduced himself briefly. We talked about giving presentations (GBC A2 unit 15)-- phrases, body language, vocabulary, a practice presentation, giving an introduction.
