Lovely fluency and comprehension today Giuliana! We focused on the vocabulary and past simple forms used to describe the history of different companies, and reviewed the story of Starbucks. We reviewed past verbs to be as well as regular verbs in positive, negative and questions, which you understand well. We also touched on conversational responses such as "really?" or "did you", before moving on to the results of a research project about podpads. You connected the sentence halves with excellence :-)

Great practice today Giuliana! You used all the targeted language accurately. Your English is very fluent and you have excellent comprehension. YOu are also keen to make sure you understand all the vocabulary and ask good questions. Today we focused on how to ask questions using either question words or auxiliary verbs DO and DID. We also read about entrepreneurs and focused on past verb forms which you used correctly, well done!

Great participation Giuliana, lovely fluent English and good comprehension. Following yesterday's connection problems we focused on ways to describe office problems, analyse issues and suggest solutions. You used this language very well. After that we looked at some details about inventors and their inventions, but when we tried to listen to the audio we lost the connection. I'm very sorry about that. We will continue without audio next time!

Great work with the homework exercise Giuliana! You used appropriate adjectives to describe different products and also used their negative forms correctly. You also understood the phases in development and marketing of new products and identified the correct terminology for each phase. It was a pity our connection was interrupted during the listening exercise but hopefully tomorrow will be better!

Lovely to meet and talk with you Giuliana! We discussed smart working and its impact on our time, and also talked about the new activities and habits associated with the pandemic, such as online shopping and wearing masks. We discovered we both have relatives living in Molinella - a small world! In the lesson we discussed products and services in terms of quality, value, and reliability. You worked hard to understand all the vocabulary, with excellent results :-)
