Great to speak to you today Ana. We looked at a lot of phrasal verbs in our lesson. A lot of these were familiar but there were also new ones for you to learn. Great effort, as always.

You did an amazing job Ana, where you were hesitant at first, but just like a car motor, your English warmed up, and you took off! Great discussions with freestyle conversation. You were able to handle the change of direction, and maintain a good pace with staying on top of different subjects.

Great to see you Ana. We looked at colloquial vs. formal language and modal verbs and similar expressions used to indicate obligation or lack of obligation (free choice). You did very well with the practice even if, like most students, you probably don't really like modal verbs!

Great to see you again Ana. We had a very productive lesson discussing customers' and waiters' complaints and looking at verbs with two objects. We also did some listening practice. You handled all tasks really well. I'm impressed with your level of English, especially regarding vocabulary. Good work!

Great consideration from slide 17 from GE/B2/Unit1, where we studied new vocabulary and expressions. I thought you were quite engaged with the topic about "Lion," where we spoke about the details from a true story. Please start from slides 1-7 so that we consider the unit.
