Great to see you again! Your English skills are still good, and you followed the listening and reading texts with excellent comprehension. We looked at the histories of some companies, practised asking questions about past activities, and then listened to the story of how Twitter was invented. You picked up all the relevant information with just one listening, well done!

It was nice meeting you today Filippo! I thought you made progress today when working with using adverbs and the past simple, with speaking about inventions and inventors. Please complete slides 11-13 from BE/A2/Unit3 before your next class.

Great work Filippo! You used the simple past with confidence and accuracy, when we looked at some historical facts and discussed if they were true or false. We also practised making questions or negatives with DID or DIDN'T. Then we focused on the plast continuous and joined phrases using WHEN, BEFORE or AFTER. You ask excellent questions in order to understand the grammar or vocabulary Filippo, which will help your progress :-)

Good progress Filippo! We looked at different company histories today, and practised using the past forms of regular verbs in both positive statements and questions. We also focused on salaries, statistics and dates, practising our pronunciation of numbers. You ask excellent questions to make sure you understand all the English words, which is great for learning!

Excellent work today Filippo! We discussed products and services, looked at words to describe what people think are important when they buy things, and then focused on simple past verbs, both regular and irregular. We also listened to people discussing products or services and identified the context. You make excellent efforts to understand all the vocabulary and grammar in our lessons and this will help your progress in English.
