Please remember the present simple is for regular actions and is used with the expressions, "always", "usually", "from time to time", e.g. I have lunch with them from time to time. Your listening skills are getting better. You were able to hear the key words after the first listening. Keep up the great work.

At first we had problems opening the classroom but then we talked about companies. We used words like: produce, provide, specialize, operate, sell, etc, to talk about several companies.
