After about 5 minutes connection was lost, because of a power cut the teacher said. Finally made contact about twenty minutes later and the only thing that was discussed was paying for more lessons. I learnt nothing from this lesson other than if there is a connection failure in some way I will have to pay for nothing.
I accept that computers have funny moments, but I would have thought that customer satisfaction would be of the upmost importance to you. It would have been very simple just to have rescheduled the lesson and started again, which would have left me happy and I would have booked more lessons.
