Today we practiced reporting back and listened to "Peter" report back on 2 other sites that he visited. We discussed the details and what he was doing with some specific phrases and then practiced, dismissing any obstacles, being persuasive, stating advantages, expressing doubt, avoiding commitment, and trying to avoid being negative.
