  Over the course of 15-20 lessons, Laurent has truly helped me progress my language skills in French. Before each lesson, he provided a text to and/or questions to answer and the lesson was mostly structured around the prepared homework. Laurent did provide context and advice in all parts of language learning (reading, writing, speaking and hearing). He always made the lessons interesting by bringing up articles and video clips of different topics. He was very attentive during the lessons and remembered the progress and discussions we have had in previous lessons to ensure consistency and continuation of the learning. I am overall very happy with the lessons and would like to thank Laurent for having helped me in my learning & development.

  We had troubles connecting via the standard interface. When we tried reconnecting via WebEx, the session was marked as "fulfilled" although it hadn't taken place
