Overview
Adult learners often start with strong momentum, hit a natural plateau, and then progress steadily when practice stays consistent and goals remain clear. Learning plateaus occur when improvement becomes less visible even though underlying skills continue to develop. mYngle is designed to help learners move through that mid-course dip with teacher-led online language lessons, clear targets, and feedback that makes progress visible.
The approach combines CEFR-aligned goal setting, real-time interaction in a virtual classroom, spaced practice over time, and timely teacher feedback. Together, these elements sustain motivation, support completion, and deliver measurable improvement for both learners and HR and L&D.

Research Foundations
1. CEFR aligned goals create clarity and shared expectations:
mYngle aligns learning targets to CEFR levels so learners, managers, HR, and L&D share the same definition of progress using CEFR proficiency descriptors
2. Real time teacher led interaction strengthens speaking development:
mYngle prioritises scheduled, synchronous interaction because a controlled study of online EFL learning found that adding collaborative/synchronous components improved objective performance outcomes compared with more passive/asynchronous patterns.

3. Distributed practice supports fluency development and helps learners move past plateaus:
mYngle designs practice across time because distributed practice (spacing study sessions) is a well-established learning effect, and recent SLA research specifically addresses how to optimise distributed practice online for language learning outcomes

4. Spaced practice improves longer term retention:
mYngle prioritises cadence over cramming because spaced practice improves retention over time; this is supported by broad spacing-effect syntheses
5. Timely teacher feedback supports accuracy and motivation:
mYngle uses consistent, timely corrective feedback because corrective feedback in communicative classrooms is linked to learner uptake
