I'm an outgoing individual with a kind and gentle demeanor. I'm extremely patient with learners of differing abilities and have years of experience encouraging students to feel comfortable making active attempts to learn. Prior to teaching, I worked in healthcare and was a surgical assistant in operating rooms in the USA. I've been traveling and living abroad for the past several years and have visited more than 40 countries across Asia, Europe, and South America! I've lived in Thailand and Japan for more than a year each, teaching English. During my travels, I've seen that having the ability to speak English is like a key that opens many doors. Hello! I am an American English teacher living near Seattle, Washington.
