My name is Greta and I currently work as a teacher on the island of St. Martin. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. I have taught in the United States and on the island of St. Martin which is an overseas dependent territory of France and the Netherlands. I am married and I have 2 sons. I am interested in learning about language acquisition and working with students with special needs. I enjoy travelling, dining, music and spending time with my family.

I have a Master of arts in Teaching with credentials for early childhood and elementary education which were acquired in an English university.

My name is Greta.I have been teaching for over ten years. My background is in primary education which has afforded me the knowledge of structure and familiarity with language at the basic levels, in addition to patience. I have worked at several international schools with English language learners. I have also given small workshops to teachers in regards to strategies that can be used in the classroom. My teaching style is to make learning applicable and relative and to involve students in their learning. Active participation and practice are keys to my teaching strategy. In addition to a teaching degree I have a degree in Communication and Sociology. I am a mYngle certified Blended Learning trainer.
