Bonjour ! Je suis Christine ! I am a highly motivated person who is interested in pretty much everything and I am very passionate about my field: French language and culture in French-speaking countries and regions. It is very satisfying to help participants achieve their goals and to see the positive results. I can't see myself in any other professional field. I love attending cultural events and trying new things, which has led me to travel to many countries and learn different languages. I believe that learning new languages not only helps me communicate with people from different backgrounds, but also broadens my perspective and understanding of the world. I think that this understanding and curiosity of the world makes me a better teacher, because I believe that I have all the necessary tools to help students understand the subtleties of the language (humor, jokes, manners...). I have studied Spanish, Turkish, and Korean. For now, I would like to visit Japan and return to the United States; that is why I am currently trying to learn some Japanese and improve my English by watching TV shows and movies.

Born in Rouen, Normandy, where I now live, I have been working as a teacher for over 12 years and have gained experience in various language schools and organizations. For several years, I have been particularly interested in the Neurolinguistic Approach and after having followed an initial training, I have been applying its principles with learners of various levels and backgrounds with many positive results. Furthermore, on my own initiative, I regularly participate in professional trainings in order to enrich my knowledge and find the best teaching techniques. I am entering my third year as a freelance teacher and I teach mainly online, so I am familiar with all current video conferencing tools as well as office and digital creation tools. I have all the necessary equipment to make your online course experience enjoyable (headset, microphone, stable wired Internet network). Besides, I feel that I am very effective online because I feel more focused and therefore get better results with my students. In term of evaluation/assessment, I am accredited for the DELF and DALF exams (from A1 to C2), the TCF (Integration Residence Nationality, Immigration to Canada, Quebec, DAP for university entrance) and the TEF (Business French of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Paris Ile-de-France Region). I participate in the preparation of these exams, in individual or group lessons as well as in evaluation sessions in the language centers of my region. Recently, I wanted to broaden my skills and share my knowledge in the creation of educational content. I therefore carry out specific missions for schools or organizations: videos, dictations, teaching sheets, interactive exercises, placement tests.
