Personal Information
Greetings! I'm a PhD student at Berkeley, and I teach English and German online. I've studied Hindi and Dutch, and now I'm concentrating on learning Mandarin. My learning style is explanatory: I like to know how sentences are structured, the grammar, and especially the patterns. I am a perfectionist, so want to get the pronunciation and tones right, but I'm also ambitious and want to be able to express more complex ideas. Hope to find a teacher here who can help!
