Fine work today, especially on our reading section. Although we were unsure about quite a few words we were able to sound them out correctly. After reading about the gig economy we shared some thoughts about how it works & the effects.

To start off our lesson we focused on managing the discussion for just a few minutes. Later on we discussed how criticism is viewed by us & in your area. Lastly we used conditionals to talk about alternate choices & their results.

Thank you for your effort today Rossella. For our lesson we looked at different ideas to retain graduates in a company. We were able to add our own thoughts & express reservations when we didn't agree. Towards the end we ran a mock meeting & tried to use some expressions to manage the meeting.
