When welcoming a visitor Vittoria, you were able to identify which phrases were said by the host or the visitor or the receptionist. Please review these expressions so that you can use them at work. You made a lot of progress with using these phrases with our roleplay. Please complete the homework file with Unit 4, and review Unit 5 that is attached.

You worked on using three different ways of confirming information. You really did very well with using tag questions, but please remember the verb that is used at the beginning of the sentence, and context. Please complete slides 13 to the end of the unit. Please complete the after unit homework/grammar file.

Vittoria, you are doing a great job with how to structure questions correctly, and answering questions with part of the information from the question. You were able to identify the correct grammar rules when asking questions. We will continue to practice with slides 11-14 in your next class. Slide 12 concentrates on confirming information.

We worked on definitions of different departments. You especially did very well with learning different verbs, and were able to use them correctly with the correct context. You also did very well with your listening skills, but please remember the difference between with 'works in' and 'works with.' Please complete slides 7-10 before your next class.

You practiced making sentences today, and used question works. The normal order of words in a questions is: question word or phrase + auxiliary + subject + verb. Where do you live? How many days is he staying at the hotel? Please remember to study slides 2-5 from your homework file.

Great job Vittoria with learning new words with Unit 3 and how you spoke about different products. We also learned that a good price doesn't mean that a product has good value. Please complete slides 6-9 before your next class.

You did a very good job with your listening comprehension when writing and repeating telephone numbers. I also liked how you say 'double' when there are two of the same numbers. Please review slide 16 when using indirect questions so that you can ask questions in a professional way. Please complete the homework document that is attached.
