Today we analyzed different phrases to soften a negative message. We used the phrases very well, even to the point of sounding earnest although it was practice. Great work & thank you very much Liviana, it has been a pleasure.

Great work using our different comparative & superlative forms to make comparisons. We discussed how we prefer to buy products by using these forms. We understood our audio very well also.

Our listening skills have greatly improved with our time together. Now we are only missing a few details sometimes. Good work choosing the correct comparative form according to what we heard. Remember to leave certain words in the past tense.

Nice work on our pronunciation today. We had some errors while reading but it was very understandable. During our lesson we read about the pros & cons of multi-channel customer support. After we analyzed some phrases used within the text.

Very good work using the future tense when correcting an e-mail & also scheduling events in our practice conversation. Next time we will continue to discuss customer service & some vocabulary.

With a little repetition we were able to understand the audio well. Later on we finished sentences using the correct form. Most of the time we choose the correct form although we may not understand why 100% yet. Good work answering with correct grammar.

Great work today creating many different questions that are normal to ask when we are visiting or when we are receiving visitors. We were able to keep up nicely with the exercises & our reading was very accurate.

Today we read about different departments within a company & what they are responsible. We also used different verbs to discuss these departments. Overall we read fairly well & had good grammatical control.
