Thank you for your performance during our lesson. We started by using some of the 'customer' collocations we learned last time to create some good rules for customer service. Our reading section was pretty clear & we barely made any mistakes with pronunciation.

BR B1 Unit 4 Page 20 ~ Unit 5 Page 6; Great work today Graziano. You were able to debate and come to an agreement on the issue of stack ranking. We discussed customer satisfaction at your university and what your university can learn from Zappos. You also learned new vocabulary and expression to discuss customer service. I was really impressed at how well you expressed your ideas during the debate. Please see the language feedback below. Unit 5 and HW pdf attached.

After a quick review of some of the phrases we learned last time, we used them today to talk about our company & country. We also practiced introducing new features, benefits & cons of a software system. Nice work on the audio section today, our understanding was quite clear.

Today we continued to practice with comparative adjectives & adverbs. Keep practicing these two structures as they are easy to confuse at times. Later on we learned a few phrases we may use to be approximate. We understood the audio related to the chart fairly well.

Thank you for your work today Graziano. We firstly worked on state verbs & although we had some difficulty, we understood well. Later on, we worked on reading a few paragraphs & matching questions to them. Great pace during our reading.

Good job Graziano! We focused on activating vocabulary, you used it well in your answers, which you at the
same time structured well and presented arguments logically. Consider additional examples to illustrate
your point and make your answers clearer and more convincing. I look forward to working with you next
time.
