For today's lesson we continued on GBC B2 Unit 7 (to page 7), thus we continued practicing the difficult task of paraphrasing, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of being intuitive versus analytical, and analyzed different vocabulary related to personality types.

We started GBC B2 Unit 7 but only reached slide 4 (completed Text 2) as the reading exercises were quite lengthy. You did an impressive job of pronouncing the words in all three articles despite their technical nature. Also, in spite of the difficulty of the paraphrasing exercise, you did very well.

I'm relieved that you were able to join for part of the class. We discussed the homework for GBC - B2 - Unit 6 related to business recruiting, methods of maintaining staff relations, and what others can learn from Japanese business methods.

We had simulated interview practice with feedback to cover unit 6 and started unit 7 by going over the tip. Speaking fluency and vocabulary building were also focused on. Great job today Kentaro & good luck on Tuesday!!

We finished GBC - B2 - Unit 5 (from page 5 onward) and thus finished learning about transitional words and phrases, discussed customer service expectations and experiences, learned the difference between defining and non-defining relative clauses, and practiced making indirect questions.

In reviewing and finishing GBC - B2 - Unit 4, we practiced using the passive voice and the past perfect continuous verb form. We also started GBC - B2 - Unit 5 (until page 5) and thus practiced various transitional words and phrases. You have great attention to detail, Kentaro.
