We continued our work on the "Chesire Cat" passage, then passed over to a completely different topic : places to visit and what to do during a weekend ... you did a good job , trying to speak English all the time using the vocabulary and structures you know .. Bravo!

We talked about cats and dogs and our personal preferences during a grammar exercise on adverbs and adjectives - then we read a passage about the "Chesire Cat " telling its story and the origins of the character

During this lesson we spoke about fruit and vegetables : listening to an audio file , we found the pretext to talk about the pros and cons of a vegetarian diet

After a two month's break the student is back and he needs to practise his speaking skills : starting from a some dialogues he completed we chatted about holidays preferences - then we read a short comprehension exercise about a description of the USA official seal and motto .

After a revision exercise about adjectives , adverbs of manner and their position in sentences and use , we practised some further vocabulary : this time we takled about a department store

We had an "unconventional " lesson , as the student said ! First we had a grammar revision about the last structures ( comparatives ,adverbs and shops ) then we listened to an imaginary interview with a famous pop star : the student guessed who she was .

Starting a completely new lesson , we talked about shops , what you can find there and where you can find them - in this way we also revised some vocabulary and directions

We had an Internet connection interruption during this lesson , so we just had the time to do a short grammar revision exercise about personal pronouns and possessive adjectives and pronouns and some Simple Past revision . we must recuperate 10 minutes next lesson .
