Yulia Mareike combines 18 years of language teaching experience (5 years online) with consolidated knowledge about didactics and psychology of learning. After working for more than one decade as a business psychologist and systemic coach Yulia is able to create an optimal mix of learning methods for every type of learner in order to achieve objectives rapidly and strongly. Yulia's device for her courses: From knowledge to applied skill. Her long lasting experience as language instructor and consultant for learning concepts in organizational context as well as her personal situation as business woman in a foreign country demonstrated that the fast and correct apply in everyday life situations are essential for a successful language training. Whether individual or group sessions ... Her language lessons are always focused on the individual purposes of each student and demonstrate a high amount of personal support, simulation opportunities in order to improve performance in real-life-situations as well as versatile tricks and methods with which everyone can learn fast, easily and especially with fun. In order that students can concentrate during the lessons 100 % on practising and can deepen their newly acquired knowledge and skills once the session has finished, Yulia provides all materials to the student by e-mail.
Personal Information
In 1993, Yulia started teaching English, French and especially German as a foreign language to younger pupils and during her time at university she worked as a language instructor for several tutoring agencies. Yulia studied psychology, e-learning didactics and languages and has additional certificates in systemic coaching and consulting of organisations as well as international marketing. 2001 Yulia moved to the Lake of Constance where she worked as a consultant of organisational change management and the implementation of intercultural training and relationship for several companies and institutions. In this context her focus has always been on creating optimal conditions to successfully acquire new abilities for every single staff member. Since 2006 she has orientated herself in her work more and more to new media and has begun to advise companies to implement didactics in e-learning concepts, some of them concerning language learning. In 2007 she has moved to Spain and at that time she focused on language instruction again - in the classroom as well as online.
