Offline teaching experience: 3 Online teaching experience: 5   <p>I started teaching at the age of 15 when my Latin teacher recommended me as a tutor for challenged students. Since then, I have taught a wide variety of classes and I have created online courses as well:</p> <p>- I taught English and Latin for Germans (offline)</p> <p>- I created courses in Classical Latin and Church Latin at www.learnlangs.com and also taught online classes based on them</p> - I teach online German classes for foreigners at various levels (via e-mail and Skype) - I offer a special class program "Esperanto in 3 months" via e-mail - I represented Esperanto at the Expolingua language fair in Berlin. - I recently created short video courses for Lingorilla: "Introduction to Chinese characters" and "IPA for French" - I created language lessons (English, French and Chinese) for Internet-Live-Seminare as contract work - I am the host and site manager of Germanpod101.com

Personal Information

I'm a native German speaker with more than 7 years of teaching experience, a love of languages and a strong desire to help you reach your goals in learning. I believe that active study of grammar is just a crutch to help you achieve a good level of a language, it's not a purpose in itself. As somebody who has studied more than 8 languages herself, I know how to make learning easy and fun. I am also aware of different types of learners and I can adapt my method to suit your type. This is why I won't upload too much lesson material beforehand; I will customize it to your needs anyway. Just write to me to see a free sample.
