My name is Ramona Gosparini: I am an Italian -Canadian , an English speaker and have been teaching this language part-time in private schools for adults (such as Inlingua ) and lessons held at my home for many years, ever since I was a student . English is my mother tongue but I can also speak Italian at native level and without any foreign or particular regional accent : a very important thing for English speaking learners.. who find the peculiarities and pronunciation of Italian difficult! I also have experience in teaching Italian to foreigners and translating art and tourism material. As I understand through personal experience the difficulties and sense of isolation a foreigner feels when moving to another country, my courses are designed to minimize this, starting from the basics at an easy pace with gradual language enriching . When I was holding a Basic English course for a local library for adults I created my own method which I carried out with some success! Apart from all this ,I have also recently attended a "Myngle Certified Teacher " course offered by "LANCELOT" school, regarding teaching strategies and using the Myngle classroom and its tools at its best . Although I actually haven't got any other qualification I have always applied myself to teaching, keeping accurate lessons in grammar and pronunciation . I can teach the basics of Italian or English as well as having conversation on everyday topics, thus practising the language and at the end of each lesson , if you want , you will receive pdf slides ,further learning material and homework - My students have mostly obtained very good , even excellent results at school and at their exams (such as FCE) from my work: but please, book at least one day in advance !... and for further flexibility in time slots , please contact me ... and enjoy yourself !!--------------------- Salve ! Sono di lingua madre inglese e ho dato lezioni e ripetizioni d'inglese per moltissimi anni a vari livelli ! Le mie lezioni sono molto accurate e i miei studenti hanno quasi sempre ottenuto ottimi risultati grazie al mio aiuto ... a chi vuole , posso insegnare la lingua anche da zero ... ma per favore ... prenotate la lezione con almeno un giorno di anticipo ! Alla fine di ogni lezione se volete ,potrete ricevere le lezioni, materiale didattico e i compiti- se desiderate maggiore flessibilità negli orari, non avete che da contattarmi ... e divertitevi!!

I was born in Canada but have been living in Italy (province of Como)since I was a young girl . English is my mother tongue but I speak Italian fluently and without any foreign or particular regional accent :I would like to teach it to English-speaking students - I have also had a long experience as an English teacher here in Italy and in teaching Italian to foreigners and translating art and tourism material. As I understand through personal experience the difficulties and sense of isolation a foreigner feels when moving to another country, my courses are designed to minimize this, starting from the basics at an easy pace with gradual language enriching . Do I have to say something else about myself? I am also an amateur painter ... and I love living in Italy ... I really enjoy its climate , art, history and culture !
