About Me

I come from the Philippines and I am a teacher by profession. I finished Bachelor of Science in Education in Biology and English. I also finished my academics in Master of Arts in Education in Biology. I have been in the teaching profession for more than 2 decades because I can't exchange teaching with other professions. I love meeting people and I am very willing to share what I know to those who are willing to learn.As a person, I love humor because I love to laugh. I believe in the saying ' Laughter is a Medicine'. I like reading books particularly biology and novels. I love dancing because my youngest daughter likes dancing. Listening to music is one of my favorites.I appreciate somebody who talks on any topic with me because I believe sharing of ideas/opinions can widen one's knowledge/horizon.I am an animal lover and nature as a whole. I hope I can meet other people from across the boundaries through online teaching so we can share what we value.

I major in biology and English, that's why I have been teaching English since I started my profession until the present. I have been teaching in private schools with the emphasis of grammar, phonetics/pronunciation, conversation, writing or composition. I got a chance of teaching English to different nationalities and it's really a great experience. Knowing the needs of my students, be it basic English, business English, or plain conversation, helps me prepare my lessons to meet their needs. At present I am teaching ESL in 2 schools. But during weekends, holidays/breaks I am teaching English to employees of different companies. Their jobs are varied which make my lessons challenging and interesting. It's really fun to mingle to different people of different interest.
