About Me

I love languages! I enjoy teaching and learning words in different languages and I always find the way to make grammar funny. I consider myself to be a patient and creative teacher finding different ways to explain things in order to make them understandable. Among other things, I love art and art history, photography and film, going to museums and reading.

I've been private tutor for children learning English and have been an English teacher for kids between the ages of 4 and 6 who study in a bilingual school. I was also a teacher in "art appreciation" at University level. For those students who are interested in art, I have created a course called "Art appreciation for advanced English learners", you don't need to be an art expert in order to book it, just to have the interest for art and the will to share your thoughts, feelings and impressions on the images you see. The course consists of several lessons that follow the Art History chronologically. In these lessons, the student will be asked to describe the scenes presented. Afterwards, the student will express his/her feelings about the scene and whether he/she likes it or not. The objectives of this course are to improve oral skills in both description and expression of own feelings.
