About Me

Hello! My name is Laurent, I'm 38 years old, and l live near Paris, France. I am married, and I have a 19 months old daughter. I live in Amiens, a city located 120 km to the north of Paris. I love teaching online and my goal is to give my students a passion for the French language. I will have my students practice French by watching movies, listening to French songs, reading texts (magazines, short stories, novels, etc.), watching French TV, and finding French speaking friends. My teaching will also require my students to express themselves in French by writing summaries of books or movies, magazine articles, etc. The most important thing for learning a foreign language is to spend time with the language and relate it back to one’s life.
