It was lovely to see you today, Camille. We started on the topic of Animals and Animal Rights. My aim in these lessons is 'natural conversation'. During a natural conversation you will make mistakes. When you make a continual grammar error I will correct the error. Here are some words/expressions that came up today: We use THEM as pets; Are they difficult to keep (parrots)?, Excrement, Were they in a bird cage?, cow meat = beef, pig meat = pork, calf meat = veal, yoghurt, Sniffer dogs, Why do they use sniffer dogs in the mountains?, Why do they use sniffer dogs in airports?, After an avalanche, sniffer dogs need to look for people who are buried under the snow., Police dogs, Alliteration, A clone. That's all for the time being. I look forward to meeting you again soon. All the best, Stephen.

Thanks so much for your interest in today's class. I hope you enjoyed listening to the audio file and learning some new vocabulary. Remember, in slang we can replace the word "said" in reported speech with "be like", "go" and "be all". Here are some examples: And then the teacher said "Let's listen to the audio file. = And then the teacher was like "Let's listen..." = And then the teacher went "Let's listen..." = And then the teacher was all "Let's listen..." I hope you enjoyed the class and I hope to see you again next week. :-) Bye for now, Gabriela
