What is October Immersion?

- You should continue lessons with your teacher from the September Back to School promotion.

For how long does the campaign last?
The October Immersion lasts from the date of your subscription in October till 31 October 2008 inclusive.
How much does it cost?
It costs EUR 49 for two 30-minute lessons per week during the subscription period.

What is important to know for a student?
- The length of a lesson is 30 minutes.
- The maximum number of paid lessons taken per week during the campaign period is 2.
- You should continue lessons with your teacher from the September Back to School promotion. If you would like to take lessons with another teacher, please write to [email protected] and mention the reason for the switch. If this is not done, you will need to pay for bookings with other teachers separately.
- 30-minute lesson bookings can be made only with teachers offering courses at or below EUR 15 for a standard lesson (45 minutes), as listed in Myngle. In case of a higher price for the lesson chosen, the student will pay the difference directly to the teacher.
- A student should allow a minimum 24-hour notice period between the booking and the scheduled lesson time. Lessons can be scheduled all at once, with possibility of re-scheduling with 24 hours notice.
- If a student does not book one/two lessons in a week, he/she will not be able to recover those lessons by more than two bookings during following week(s).
- Any repeated lesson bookings with student no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the lesson) may lead to a student's suspension during the campaign period.
- The right to take lessons is not transferable, violation of this will result in suspension of both the student and the teacher.
- Myngle reserves the right to check the students and lessons taken and in case of fraud suspend both the teacher and the student.
- In case of disputes Myngle reserves the right of final decision.
- By subscribing to the October Learning Boost, you accept the above terms of the campaign.
What is important to know for a teacher?
- The length of the lesson is 30 minutes.
- Myngle will notify you via email about each October Immersion subscribing student who books a lesson with you.
- You will be paid by Myngle at 2/3 of your standard price for a 45-min lesson as listed in Myngle.
- Teachers will be paid for any given promotion lessons on 15 Oct, 31 Oct, 14 Nov, 1 Dec (bi-weekly payments) via PayPal or Moneybookers.
- As payment will be done several days after the lesson, you will need to press 'Confirm payment' button for each lesson with a promotion student.
- Only teachers whose standard price in Myngle is EUR 15 or below participate in this promotion.
- Teachers who revise their price after the first booking by a promotion student will continue being paid at their old price for all further promotion students' bookings.
- It is teacher's responsibility to ensure that she teaches no more than 2 lessons per week to each October Immersion student. Any lessons given exceeding this limit will not be paid for.
- If a lesson is cancelled due to improper navigation (e.g. a teacher not opening a classroom or a student not accessing the classroom) or any technical issues, a teacher is responsible to forward the received cancellation email to [email protected] within 24 hours after the lesson took place (e.g. over Skype only). If not done on time, the teacher will not be paid for this lesson. If there are any technical issues, please mention any details and include screenshots. We are always striving to resolve any technical problems as fast as possible.
- Subscription is open only to September promotion students.
- Myngle reserves the right to check the students and lessons taken and in case of fraud suspend both the teacher and the student.
- In case of disputes Myngle reserves the right of final decision.
