I did Hala.
Myngle never stops of making us surprised!
I like the new packages, it offers more options for both teachers and students. I hope that Myngle keeps improving its features that way.
as you said Hala,
HOW COOL THAT IS |

btw, who keeps the money if a package is not used entirely?
right now, you only get paid for the lessons you gave. although the student pays the complete package upfront. shouldn't we get the whole ammount at the end of the month?
i mean the price of a package is calculated on the fact that I get the whole sum in the end. if a student does not take all the lessons, will I get paid for them? if not I lose money! |

[quote="KayBrennfoerder"]btw, who keeps the money
I agree with this reasonable thinking as it deals with just one teacher. |

well, I think this question was already asked when the packages cam up first but never saw an answer on that...
ok, with 5 or 10 lessons there is no big risk that a student does not attend all lessons but 30, 50, 100 are a different game.
so again, who keeps the money? |

hi Kay!
of the lessons unsold, myngle will keep 50% and the teacher the other 50%. this item is being added in the FAQ also and will post a link as soon as it is up.

Elisa |

aha ! That explains it. I didn't recieve an email from Myngle. Thank you Elisa. I just looked at Hala's profile and it was relatively easy to figure out. Good thing I catch on quickly
I sent an email to the helpdesk a few days ago because I am not receiving any mail from Myngle. (I've already checked my spam folder as well). Other teachers have sent me emails and I haven't received them.
If someone is trying to reach me, you can find me on Skype (debbydesimone)

Hi Kay,
This money will be used for improving the technology of the platform, paid search, optimizing search engine optimization and social media optimization. In short; to optimize and grow the platform which is for the benefit of all users.

and what are the 18% for? gummy bears?
sorry egbert, but I don't get it. (well, not from the teacher's point of view. from the management point of view of course...)
myngle gets 18% for each lesson + interest for our money for 30 days + 50% for each untaken package lesson? I mean, come on! |

Hi Kay,
If you disagree I accept that but in my opinion Myngle's complete e-leaning solution and global platform is very much worth it.
