A series of lessons teaching skills to be used in the hospitality industry or to deal with personal guests. The first lesson recaps basic greetings and introductions, then proceeds to vocabulary (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
These lessons are flexible and can be adjusted to a student's needs.

The second lesson deals with reservations, sleeping arrangements and linen.
The third lesson deals with sightseeing, finding out more about your guests and telling them more about yourself.
The fourth lesson deals with telephone manner, dealing with complaints and compliments.
