BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER PARTNERSHIPS
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Business Development Manager Partnership is responsible for the B2B business of Myngle, sourcing, developing and closing Partnerships and developing and managing corporate accounts segment.
KEY TASKS
- - Identify opportunities for new prospects to close revenue generating Partnerships and develop corporate accounts;
- - Pitch and establish initial contact and look for new Partnership opportunities and corporate accounts, both at local and global level;
- - Structure business proposals, including points of negotiation and pricing development;
- - Keep track of business projects and ensure progress;
- - Create and update annual business plan for accounts and partnerships and Return on Investment reports;
- - Monitor and report on status of Partnership team activity, including lead and pipeline management, partner On boarding, sales forecasts, and ongoing partnership management metrics;
- - Create customized partnership packages/services in line with Partnership goals and objectives and monitoring to assure compliance with Partnership obligations.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: University degree, MBA preferred
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- - 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic account management, and/or client-facing product management in consumer type of products.

SALES MANAGER
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Sales Manager responsible for the implementation and execution of Strategic Sales Initiatives and setting up the annual Sales & Territory Plans in key countries. The Sales Manager manages a team of agents.
KEY TASKS
- - Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to implement and execute agreed Strategic Sales Initiatives;
- - Set up an annual Sales & Territory strategic direction and business plans;
- - Drive revenue, growth, and profitability of the key Countries, ensuring the proper tools are utilized to track and measure progress towards business plans;
- - Provide input regarding sales policies, pricing, advertising and specific market requirements;

SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for establishing the company’s Sales & Marketing vision and leading the company’s Sales and Marketing team. The Sales & Marketing Director plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth, responsible for Revenues and the largest Budget of Myngle.
KEY TASKS
- - Strategy and planning of Strategic Sales & Marketing Initiatives;
- - Manage Marketing and Sales expense budget;
- - Provide market analysis and develop and execute strategies to expand service offerings in key markets worldwide;
- - Evaluate competitors and develop and execute strategies that position Myngle as the company of choice for students all over the world;
- - Direct the development of student acquisition, activation and retention programs and communication materials;
- - Monitor, track, and analyse key sales performance statistics and make recommendations for improvement;
- - Develop goals and objectives for target partnerships and align the Sales & Marketing strategy with these goals;

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Internet Marketeer is responsible for managing paid search and affiliates campaigns that increase consumer awareness and lead generation, drive usage and generate revenue for Myngle.com.
KEY TASKS
- - Research, create and deploy online campaigns to drive traffic to the website and focus on conversion ratio improvement;
- - Management of campaigns, performance analysis, and placements to optimize results;
- - Web Traffic Analysis; monitor, research and refine initiatives and marketing programs to maximize outcome;
- - Refine and improve Search engine optimisation (SEO);
- - Design and implement Pay per click campaign (PPC) management;
- - Design and implement Affiliates campaigns;
- - Establishing affinity marketing programs with other B2B solution providers and distribution partners.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Advertising
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- - 2+ years experience in similar role
- - Ability to manage budget, financials and track project ROI/business value
- - Very strong knowledge and experience in using Google Adwords, Yahoo and MSN advertising tools
