Web Developers

You will be part of a team that is responsible for all development, ranging from front-end, application to back-office and everything in between. Your code is a pleasure to look at, nice and clean.
You are in touch with the latest techniques and developments and can see the possibilities to use them within your daily job.
You are a pro-active flexible team-player who is willing to grow into a more specialist role.

You do not come to Myngle for a 9 to 5 job with steady salary, you DO come to Myngle to work in a high energy, startup, changing the world- company. You will work with professionals from eBay, Procter & Gamble, Berlitz, Boston Consulting Group amomg which most have an MBA from INSEAD.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Web/application Development in the broadest sense
• Point of contact for partners like offshore team and hosting team.
• 2nd/3rd line helpdesk support
• Assisting Design team

Levels wanted:

• Senior: Experienced hands-on team leader
• Medior: Experienced PHP on ZEND coder with MySQL knowledge
• Junior: Coder with proven skills

Your knowledge:

• PHP  (ZEND)
• MySQL
• Apache
• Linux
• HTML / Javascript
• CSS
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Senior: Experiece with Project Management is a plus
• Medior: Experience with visual and interaction design is a plus

Head of Internet Marketing

We are looking for an excellent head of Internet Marketing with entrepreneurship drive to complete the team of Myngle.com - a new venture with the ambition to realize .the next big thing. in the Internet: transform the way how the world learns languages and bring online language education to the mass market.

As Head of Internet Marketing you will report directly to the founder/CEO and will be given a lot of freedom to take initiative and develop the Internet Marketing in the direction you think will bring the most value. High budget to be managed, representing 80%+ of total marketing budget for 2008. Beginning 2009 there will be an opening for a Marketing Director. The road is open to prove you could fill that role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a strong internet marketeer with the right entrepreneurial mentality, the drive to make things happen, the passion of a starter and the determination to bring ideas to execution, pro-active and hands on.
You should have a track-record of successes in your area of expertise, but most important, the right motivation and drive, and a passion for innovation and change.
