I am a highly experienced and qualified teacher with 30 years experience so I don't need the 'don't call us we'll call you approach" A shame that you promise so much and supply so little! When signing up the lack of interest in anything outside language qualifications seems a bit prejudiced perhaps. I have a background in IT and have been doing telephone teaching for nearly 3 years now. I am still dubious about the need for webcams in training. This eats bandwidth - not always a problem but telephone only is very effective in my opinion. When I started this I thought it would be a disadvantage but the reality is that the student simply adjusts and in fact he has to speak more clearly.
