Hello I am Michiel

Hello Mynglers!

Yet again another one infected by the Myngle virus and yes….c’est moi!3869-michiel__hulsbos-pasfoto3

First let me introduce myself. My name is Michiel Hulsbos and I’m of Dutch origin.

I’m in my fourth year of my International business management study and I will be assisting the Myngle marketing team as a part of my study for the coming 5 months!

Like everyone else within the company I also have a secret passion for languages. I just developed my interest for languages recently, last year to me more precise, when I was studying at Euromed Marseille. Because my study is internationally orientated I had the opportunity to study abroad. This turned out to be the best experience of my life!

When in Marseille I picked up some of the French and Spanish language. Realizing how awesome it is to speak multiple languages I decided I wanted to learn to speak and understand those languages properly. Unfortunately when I came back to Holland I noticed it was very hard to learn those languages because of lack of opportunity to practice.

Fortunately I discovered Myngle! Myngle gives me the chance to learn all about marketing and maybe even more important it gives me the chance to further develop my language skills trough actual communication with native speakers, how awesome is that!

For now I can only say I’m looking forward to the coming months and I hope that when I finish this internship I will be able to communicate with you guys in at least 4 languages!

For now, keep Myngling everybody!

Michiel

    Hi Michiel,

Welcome to Myngle. You’ll never regret being here helping us. You are right when you said that after your internship you will be able to speak/communicate in 4 languages. Have you heard of Tagalog/Filipino language? That’s my native tongue. And do you know that when a Spanish or an Italian speaks I could understand or pick up some similar words we are using? I will give you a taste of it. “Kumusta”…in Tagalog, “Como esta”..in Spanish, which is similar to an Italian (i suppose??). This word means “How are you?” ” Pasensiya”…Tagalog, “pazienza”..Italian, rooted from “patience”. You see…lol.

Why don’t you try my language, too? It’s exotic. Anyway, have patience helping us.

    Klara
