Tip of the week: upload .DOC lesson files
Hello teachers!
As you know, our virtual classroom allows you to use learning materials you have with your students in your live lessons. Currently the file sharing application of our virtual classroom allows teachers to upload .ppt and .pdf files.
So, what about text .doc files? You can also have your .doc files uploaded in the virtual classroom by converting them to .pdf format.
There are several ways to do this, either using a web service or downloading a program to your computer.
Direct web services (you just have to visit the web page, upload your file and the converted pdf is emailed to you):
Programs you can install on your computer (after installing any of these programs, just do a normal “print” and choose the newly installed PDF Printer):
With any of these options you’ll be able to convert your .doc files to make them ready to use in the virtual classroom.
