Not receiving emails from Myngle or lessons notification?

Hello Mynglers! We’ve been hearing some reports from teachers and students not receiving some of the automated email messages Myngle sends to you. This occurs mainly for users with @hotmail.com, @live.com, and @yahoo.com email addresses.

It appears that these companies have set in place a very large spam filter and our automated messages are actually arriving in the Spam or Junk folders. Please always check these spam folders to see if you receive an email from Myngle. If a student books a lesson with you, or if someone sends you a message you will always be notified through email by us. So, it is very important to check your emails for important Myngle messages.

If you find any messages from us on these Spam or Junk folders, please open the email and always click on “Not Spam” (for Yahoo! email users) or “Mark as Safe” (for Hotmail or Windows Live email users):

After you mark Myngle email messages as not Spam, your email provider should remember your settings and start delivering our mails to you on your Inbox.
