Today part of our team was present at Lunch 2.0 in The Netherlands. Lunch 2.0 is a recurring series of lunches on location with tech and media companies.  Lunch 2.0 connects inspiring entrepreneurs, programmers, investors and all kind of techies.

Lunch 2.0 is based on the Silicon Valley lunch 2.0. Host of today was Hyves at their beautiful Hyves Headquarters on the Amsterdam Canals. Hyves is a social networking site and since the start in October 2004, Hyves has grown into Holland’s most popular website, with over 5 million members and over 2 billion pageviews per month. Our mascotte, Myngle the parrot has his own Hyves account as well with 56 friends but always looking for more.

Presentations were given on new chatting functionalities in Hyves and Open Social.
