How to use Skype through websites
As you already know, Myngle will be using Skype to connect students and teachers’ voice for their live foreign language lessons. What this means is that when filling out your Myngle profile you will be asked to place your skype username.
But this is not all, for others to find you on Myngle you will have to make some small adjustment on your Skype program.

Please go to “Options“, then select the “Privacy” tab and make sure to check the option “Allow my status to be shown on the web“. This way all Myngle users will know when you are online.
Have fun myngling!

In the latest version of Skype, this option is under an ‘advanced’ settings button. Still on the same page under Privacy, but you’ll need to press the button ‘advanced’ settings first to see this option!

I still suggest that Myngle service giver should continuously write to Skype and ask for another option than allowing “anybody” to connect/ In this way all honest people who realy want to give a fair service should NOT BE DISTURB by infamoues, obscine calls. Myngle team might also contribute in this requierment.
There should be a solution if we all will work together.
what do you thinK?
