Myngle’s development is proceeding rapidly, thanks to the great work of Ethos team in China. However, it is also time to start building our own team here.

Therefore, we are now looking for the leading technology team members, ’stars’ who will help Myngle achieve success.

Product manager: You have the right experience to be the product manager for our consumer facing website. Your responsibilities include deciding on features, working with business people, designers and developers, making sure that the product is tested and is the is released on schedule. You need to have a good feeling of usability, preferably some usability testing experience. A good feeling for which features are important and which are not. This is NOT a project management role: your responsibilities go beyond just making sure the project is on time and on schedule. You need to make sure the website rocks: users love it and we love it.

Lead engineer: Experienced PHP programmer. Comfortable leading the tech effort. You have been a senior developer on several consumer-facing websites. You can discuss the pros and cons of the various ajax frameworks, you know your way around version control and database indexes. You know how to be practical and get things done.
You know when to re-factor code, and when not to. You can advise the product manager on the pros and cons of different approaches.
