What were some things that in the past were stricly done offline and now you can do it through the web?

Can you remember the time when there were no social networking sites? Can you remember a time when there was no VoIP?

In the future (near future as well), what will we be able to do online as well as offline?

There’s so much technology growth on the web that sometimes it fascinates me. Pretty much now we can buy groceries, do our banking transactions, speak with and see anyone anywhere, learn amazing new things everyday, and the list goes on.

Much less running around like crazy going on. Really I must say, how convenient!
