All classes from this course focus on Conversational French and slang which is is never taught in textbooks nor in regular classes. However, you'll need it if living in a French speaking country and/or interested in enjoying the company of French friends and/or in music, movies, Tv,etc. This course is meant for advanced students of French which are proficient in French and know the grammar well but would like to speak the language as the French do and understand real spoken French.  Actually, there is a big difference beetween standard grammatically correct French and real spoken French we use in our everyday life. So the bottom line is that with time living in the country you learn to speak it naturally, throwing in all that argot and verlan and then you end up getting a nice balance of correct grammar, and everyday language -- best of both worlds according to the situation/people/place;)
