The company needs to improve English communication (mostly oral) between architects, designers and constructors. This means an ESP course is required that specifically addresses the problems of vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension of the English language related to motoryacht building and design. The aim of this course is to develop students' specialist vocabulary range, descriptive skills, and comprehension through the use of targeted activites. Material content is largely based on articles and adverts, which are then used to extract technical vocabulary and jargon. The course is ongoing.
